Having a few more options to hide parts of the software for users instead of giving them access error messages when they try to use parts that are restricted.

I went from using Credible to using another system, and I have to say, I enjoy the new system better.

For a company the best piece is that you are able to look at all the encounters for each client. You can see all the information you need.

We find Credible to be intuitive, flexible, relevant and applicable to our field (behavioral health care/ community mental health).

I have not come across a situation where information is lost or skewed, and there is rarely a time where Credible is down, excluding maintenance times that are scheduled during down times.

The reporting functions are excellent and will help us be transformational in service delivery and decision making with data. We were sold the product and told Credible would provide the training.

The Credible Plan (TX Plan or Service Plan) is difficult to train team members on its functionality and has an overall difficult workflow.

The user interface is friendly and can be learned quickly.

Unfortunately, Credible has had issues of going offline and it usually takes half a day to access the necessary files or to add any documentation to each account.

This can be frustrating when you are holding a meeting for the client and you do not have access to previous notes.

Since Qualifacts purchased Credible the attention to the community-based components of the software have suffered.

Which we have already went to trying to figure it out and that link make no since for in imperfect world.

Difficult to navigate, difficult to use, difficult to train new employees, difficult to learn, etc. I've used several different types of software, and this one is the absolute worst.

There are connection errors from time to time.

Treatment planning was very difficult for this for my clients.

Credible has really great features for scheduling and having team views.

CREDIBLE was frequently down leaving our prescribers with no information for patient appointments. The system was riddled with flaws that remained unaddressed.

I also like that myself or a colleague can create a to-do list for me directly on the platform. I like the view of the scheduler, as I am a very visual person and appreciate the layout.

Transparency is truly appreciated. We appreciate the ability to complete progress notes in a shorter time frame, use of a mobile platform and ability to use in disconnected mode.

You cannot save as you go along. If your wifi goes down or you for some reason cannot finish a treatment plan at one time you have lost all of the work you have done.

Optimization and streamlining of services. Elimination of wasted time and resources.

We have had a lot of transition in the support staff assigned to us as we are an outlier state. The package continues to get more expensive and some of the special features are add on costs.

We found issue by accident - this is FRAUD and we never knew it was a problem.

Billing is easy from a practitioner standpoint. It also is starting to integrate with other EMRs so occasionally we can pull labs and imaging from other participating systems.

These days, the technology we use and share is so important. Not everyone is health literate, but this helps make it easier.

I am hard pressed to find a negative that would dissuade me from purchasing athena all over again.

Integration to system provided by Athena folks that did not know the system. Athena has very little under standing of PT/OT and no  understanding of WC billing in PA.

I love the ability to customize my reports, letters and templates. I love the photo capture.

The layout of this software is terrible. Very confusing and it takes a lot of clicking to access any part of the patient’s chart.

The tickler system for follow up visits are subject to user errors and need constant review.

NO ONE told us and this document languished in some digital box. If we were a hundred person organization, I could pay someone to sit and manage the 20 or so boxes where they put communication.

The templates and text shortcuts were probably the best part of this software. The ability to add drop down menus and text boxes to your text shortcuts was extremely helpful for creating templates.
