Last week we received our Meaningful Use incentive money. I thank Mat and the other folks at CureMD for making it so easy.

No person available and you cant leave voicemail for anyone because  everyone's  mailboxes are full. You  email no one answers And try  to do live chat that's not available either.

With my billing staff, I could stop them at any time of the day to check what they were doing. It's not that CureMD has made any errors there, just that I feel less in touch with the process.

Their website is nice, well maintained and user friendly. The online reviews are good as well.

For our business to continue, we had to abandon CureMD. We had to make reports for their deceiving marketing practice.

With the help of CURE MD very knowledgeable support team I have been able to drag myself out of the paper file gutter into the heights of the Medical Matrix.

You can store years worth of disclosed confidential medical imaging reports, blood results and much more. The staff loves Cure MD simply because its simple to use.

Everything about CureMD is very easy to navigate. Another plus is that I can view some elements of the software via an app--which is super helpful when I am on the go.

In general I am happy with the software--it truly could not be easier to use.

They want us to hold for five years even if their software did not hold up the end of the bargain. Harassing phone calls from their collection agencies and private investigator attempt to scare us.

They screwed up insurance credentialing, cost too much, and no providers like it.

My experience with CureMD has been pretty good I really like certain aspects of their service.

We changed our internet to fiberoptic connection, upgrade all computers to SAT drives  and limit online activities of staff but no avail.

The integrated system has saved me a lot of time. Everything is simple, defined, and convenient.

The implementation team is rude and inept. They push toward go live as quickly as possible.

Worst Medical Software Company I Have Encountered.

The product is much affordable and more feature-rich than its competitors. I would strongly recommend their product.

I also love that I can utilize the app on my phone when I'm on the go. The support staff has been really helpful and they are always available to help.

Overall, worst charting system I've ever used to date.

Our staff and providers walked away from training confused. After six months of trying to get this software up and running, we abandoned it.

It's been four years since I am using CureMD's specialty ehr for my practice, I can proudly say that I am a loyal and happy customer.

What I like most about it is that its integrated workflow adapts to my practice style, enabling me to truly personalize me operations, moreover it's also very user friendly.

We are a three Physician set up, and have been using CureMD for five years. I am most impressed with the ease of use and great customer support.

We have Cure md for over a year now the EHR itself is good its easy to use but their tech support is bad especially on weekends.

It's potential to combine PM/EMR and billing solutions. The RCM team is great and customer friendly.

They disrupted EOB reconciliation, making it difficult to determine patient balances. The is terrible software by an unethical company.

Very few integrated EHRs have the combination of having a specialty-specific EHR, being ICD-10 ready, and having an endless list of features.

Worst customer service, they just expect everyone to be a doctor so when an IT professional deals with them they are clueless.

I enjoy using ecw because it’s user friendly. I love how I can send text messages to my patients.

It is fairly inexpensive in comparison to other EMR programs. It provides good enough functionality for a medical practice.

We are dealing with patients, our office’s staff and our patients are suffering because irresponsible customer service and ignorant managers from Eclinical.

Overall a great EHR system. Would recommend and will continue to use.

This software  is super easy to use, and very convenient.

This feature has helped tremendously with meeting Clinical Integration (CI) measures. It has also helped streamline patient check in and collecting outstanding balances.

Since we bought this software, whenever there is problems  first you have to creat the ticket and someone calls you whenever they want. Always system is disaster after update.

It is not the easiest interface to work with. Lots of options brings lots of buttons and it gets a little confusing.

This is a great electronic health records system. Has the features and functions necessary to be efficient.

Glitchy and lost documentation on several occasions requiring re-entering. RX Printing did not work right the entire time we had them (2 years).

People for Eclinical  keep ignoring the issue and they cannot figure it out the problem and they start blaming your computer.I brought 3 different IT and all said problem is with ECLINICAL.

Overall, very efficient documentation interface that works best for clinics.

No enough space to write down all the complaints about this software and their support staff.

Offered to cancel and they kept me on for longer and now I am being charged to be released. After the retention department begged me to stay.

What I like the most about Eclinical is the ability to see all providers schedule and have the ability to add patients wherever needed.

Poor interface with document functionality. Cost pressure to purchase more service.

Our business is mostly capitation based with a little fee for service, which makes us unique. It was a little difficult in getting up and running for the back end business office.

Sends out the wrong prescription - called support and was told that this is a kink in the system - this is a VERY DANGEROUS kink.

They've stayed adaptable to changing interoperability environment. The clinician for very competitive costs can garnish high access to medical home model and progressive kiosk and outreach modalities.

Support is terrible with different advice given for the same problem depending on support person.

How convenient and easy the program  is to to use I also liked at the shortcuts fir details for the dr.

They threaten to cut off clinical support. This was the biggest mistake of my life.

They try to bully the physicians and as it affects patient care, we are helpless and they do unethical way to extract money.

My overall 3 years of experience with Elicnical is that is a great way to track all things for patients in one secure place.

I like that you can create treatment plan templates that are accessible with a keyword. You can easily copy forward your last clinical note.

I like eCW better than EMR systems I’ve worked with, and I like how it’s easy to learn. Each provider has customized it to how they like it, and it has made it easy to switch from other systems.

The database structure is horrible and makes what should be easy reporting very difficult.

EClinical works is a great EMR if youre looking for simplicity with no frills. It is definitely easy to access from home and gets the job done.
