I don’t have to have computers in every room. The program is easy to use, customizable and when I need help it’s quick.

We are just finishing the contract but we will not renew. This is very difficult to use and it’s very useless for medical spa.

It's easy to use, easy to upload information, easy to find things again. Especially like things like flags, and the ability to easily see things like insurance cards.

Unintuitive, clunky, unreliable. On the bright side, DrChrono has a lot of potential to do a lot of things that it doesn't realize due to poor customer service, bugs, and very poor user experience.

The best SOAP notes I have ever used from Millennium (2 versions), Clinic Sense, MassageBook, Vagaro & Mind Body. Dr. Chrono is a land slide winner.

There is downtime that slows or stops practice up to 15 minutes every 3-12 weeks, which is awful. Support  is not readily available as it used to be.

When we initially became a user we loved the customization of the software.

Over the last seven years, I've seen a progressive improvement to an already excellent software platform and have considered myself lucky for starting with DrChrono from the beginning.

Once my subscription expired they locked me out of the entire system. There was no way to look up any record that I had written.

Well initially the sales team was responsive, quick, helpful. They quickly got us in for a demo.

Excellent help desk when needed which is rare. Excellent electronic prescription iPad integration with the electronic record.

Each page provides a great deal of information. It's worth investing the time to learn how to make the most of the software.

Everything is an add on with extra expense. Customer service is beyond terrible.

The program library allows you find other useful program to add for your client, the training videos are also very helpful for training parents, and is it very user friendly.

Their onboarding and support teams are efficient and proactive. It is clear management cares about their clients and is invested in their success.

Overall, ReThink has been amazing. The Customer service responds within hours to any concern, and consistently seeks feedback on how they can make their already amazing software better.

There are also way too many drop downs and switching windows happening within the software just to see the information I need.

This means we have not only consistent, but quality communication with a team dedicated to improvement.

It is so easy to use and is comprehensive. I love the you can keep taking data offline.

Their customer service is responsive and thorough.

I also love the immediate feedback to questions and problems. The task analysis and video models for training on software use and plan implementation are fantastic.

Its interface is incredibly user friendly and features allow me to utilize numerous tools that are needed for great data collection.

Rethink has been a greta asset to our company. We have has a wonderful experience but there are some improvements that need to be made.

None of the staff seem inconvenienced by my ongoing questions or mistakes. This is my first business and getting started couldn't have been easier.

I first began using rethink in 2017, I have been consistently impressed with its software capabilities and enhancements throughout the years.

The plans are fairly useless to us in the field as they are not designed for clinical practices. The behavior reduction program layout makes it too simple to just check a lot of boxes.

For my uses, I find it very hard to use the system.

I am truly amazed at how responsive all the members of the ReThink team have been.

Our use of Rethink has been positive, however at times it takes quite some time to communicate via telephone with representatives.

I feel customer service representatives and the overall program are responsive to concerns and each individual suggestion is taken into consideration as though they are your personal programmer.

The software is user friendly, as time goes by new programs are implemented to keep up with the needs.

All of our company goals are saved and can be edited/ modified for future clients. There is also a wonderful list of pre-populated goals that clinicians can access and modify as needed.

It has been great, and i have recommended the software to other agencies.

There sometimes is a lag from when I input data to when I can see graphs but that is limited.

This makes it difficult to track new behaviors.

Its easy to use, provides good reporting information, and it provide a comprehensive suite of platforms that support our business.

The training is exceptional. All staff have been very positive, knowledgeable and most of all supportive and accommodating.

Really happy so far with the software and customer service. I am nervous about getting more clients as the $50 a month will become costly at some point.

Rethink is a cloud-based behavioral health practice management solution, which helps healthcare organizations across the health industry manage ABA data collection, create schedules and streamline client interaction. 

The solution lets physicians perform assessments and build personalized treatment plans. Using the video-based RBT training module, staff members can participate in quizzes and competency exam to pass the certification criteria of Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
