It is so easy to bring someone new onboard with little training required. Setting up users and their settings is super easy and quick.

The software is also very user friendly from the stand point that if you have limited billing experience or knowledge, you can still effectively and efficiently submit claims.

The software is full featured, and the integration with our clearinghouse is near seamless. Their customer support is quick and responsive; overall it's a very well-designed product.

The only other thing I would mention is that there is no weekend or after hour support, which can be frustrating when we experience issues afterhours or on the weekends as we bill seven days a week.

I don't like how we cannot create our own custom reports and that we cannot filter what we need for reporting purposes.

Make sure the price is good for your needs. I f you have too many claims, it may not be worth it.
