Positively Satisfied
Over the years, we've had limited amount of issues. (not out of the ordinary) We always receive prompt assistance with the tickets/calls we place. They are prioritized based on your urgency. I am very pleased with the overal function of the system. Customer service is truly a priority.
PROSI have worked in the system for over 15 years. The system is user friendly and effective.
CONSOur main issue has been the struggles through interfacing with our "unique" EMR system. (which I believe would be normal)

G4 is user friendly and detailed
Very good Oncology specific product. Great support.
PROSThis product is easy to use very intuitive. It is very detailed in providing ways to help you in every need that arises.
CONSThere are a few bugs that get annoying but they are Centricity issues and not something Unlimited can do anything about.

Compusystems was still a DOS product and was outdated. Their new system was not user friendly.

Like Trying to Use AOL in 2021
When we bring issues forward, it seems that there is never a resolution, just merely a "Sorry it is what it is." I often describe Unlimited as "trying to use 1994 AOL dial up in 2021" because that is how old and outdated the technology feels. The program CONSTANTLY freezes and my staff have to force close the program multiple times per day. In addition we're unable to run benefits at the beginning of the month because there servers are so bogged down by all of their clients. That's unacceptable to me
PROSThere honestly is nothing I like about this software
CONSThe features compared to other available software are incredibly limited.

g4 Studio for Oncology
We needed to solve high Days in AR, high denials. We didn't have the analytics we needed to set meaningful metrics for process improvement. All of the above were solved.
PROSVery intuitive software. Prevents claims from going out with edits, MUE's, Dx codes, LCD's or other factors that will result in a denial. Eliminates expensive manual, wasteful steps. Great analytics.
CONSIntegration was mostly successful; problems encountered were generally on the EMR side, not the Unlimited side.

Great! Saves my team time with automating our process.
PROSIt makes our daily process automated and thus giving us time savings.
CONSThere are areas that need to be updated; however I feel as though there isn't the push to enhance with Unlimited Financials.

So far, it has been good. Some of the products seem a bit antiquated however they are getting the job done for us.
PROSThe ability to have multiple platforms inside of one studio.
CONSIt is difficult to generate custom reports and manipulate reports in general.

UF has effectively kneecapped our billing team
The interface is nice and cute, with seemingly easy-to-use features and relatively intuitive systems.
CONSThe loading. 60% of my time is spent waiting for the software to keep up. Sometimes it just doesn't load vital features, forcing me to reload the whole program. It's especially egregious with the built-in workflows, where there's a 50-50 chance an action will cause half the page to not load.
