Their staff has been extremely helpful and proactive in helping us connect all the dots – offering valuable guidance on credentialing, payer enrollment, data transition, training and finally mastery of the product. They tried to go above and beyond every step of the way and have been professional and patient at all times. I was worried about getting myself and my staff trained as we got ready to open our doors. To their credit, they made this relatively stress free. I like the fact that I am able to talk to someone when I need to, and am able to document my way, with immediate billing.
