Tracking Meaning Full Care While Sitting on the Board of Directors
The anxiety of physicians on the Board of Directors to maintain a high level of Board Certified qualifications is apparent. Stress levels were lifted when Medinformatix RIS came out with a seamless software that allowed exact recorded keeping templates specific verifying to Stage 1 and Stage 2 Meaningful Care qualifications. Now everything can be left at the office, billing, scheduling, lab results, referral notes, and assured quality of care for patients. Providers are assured that the office staff can easily navigate the administrative modules while their patient's history, images and lab results are safely stored and viewable through the provider portal. This is the type of software that allows various users to manipulate the data to achieve the information they need without altering any part of the individual file for another user. Doctors commented that the patient liked the electronic document option.
CONSSystem portals have been reported to run slow. Clients have had to call to schedule because the portal was down. Internally, the portal has had to be set on a scheduled restart timeline to avoid this.

MedInformatix RIS
The functionality is great. Implementation was smooth, and they are willing to customize it to our needs.
CONSThey only have one annual user group meeting. I would prefer to have more regional meetings.

Helping physicians to watch for this Unscrupulous company
Medifnormatix final review: We used this EHR for more than a decade until finally we decided enough is enough and moved to NextGen EHR and Practice Management about the year 2020 because not only Medinformatix is not suitable EHR but also could not do Telehealth. The overall experience of more than a decade: is that the EHR and the Practice Management of Medinformatix has not been kept to date with the current technologies and not efficient like other EHRs today. The worst part of this company is they are ruthless in charging you as much as they possibly can. This is fairly a small company and very greedy owners. Their motivation is MONEY, and more MONEY and the least of their concern is helping their clients. They could care less about their clients ability to pay and they charge high prices for any minor customization. They ripped us off for years for customizations that should have been fairly simple. That is where they get you. They make most of their profit from customization and forcing you to buy more license at a very high cost. On the other hand, Nextgen and Officelly have all the customizations done at no charge because they are interested to keep their clients long term. I have had the chance to meet some of the key executives of this company. They are disgusting. They are the same level with the injury attorneys you see on billboards (ambulance chasers)- they are Unscrupulous. you are better off with Officeally or Nextgen or any other comparable EHR.
PROSThe software has poor reports. You need to ask them to customize reports and they charge you a lot.
CONShigh cost of customization and exurban charges
Reason for choosing MedInformatix
We made a mistake thinking their salesman was honest. We were mislead.
