Very easy to learn and has the ability to create many different options to achieve our staffing goals. Rickey is also very prompt and available for support when we have any questions. All suggestions help us improve our product. You can change the schedule view to be up to 28 days. Go To SETUP, then Schedule Configuration, Change the 'Number of Days' box to 28. This will give you almost a month of data to view at a time. I hope you have a big screen. 8^) Also, we just released a manual publish feature. In Schedule Configuration, change the Publish feature to Manual. Schedule changes that are pending will appear with a yellow border. When you are ready for everyone to see changes, Click the publish button to right of schedule. Again, thank you! I can easily create new schedules or make changes to existing schedules on my own. Adding new providers is quick and easy. It's also easy to see the accuracy of scheduling employees and verifying that everyone has an equal number of early out or late stays per week or year. Everyone can see the entire schedule and understand who they can swap with...if needed. #### Cons I'm addicted to constantly checking to see when my boss has given final approval to a vacation request.
