A lot of the features are disguised by icons that don't make sense. This sometimes makes it hard when I'm in a pinch to schedule someone.

Eagle soft is pricey but is is awesome and worth the money.

My favorite dental software is eaglesoft because of the ease of use, the dental chart is very straight forward, and it is easy to communicate back and forth with the front desk/other clinicians.

The problem with this is that this doesn't happen all the time. Odd, can a fix help with this.

It DOES NOT WORTH IT for the money , and 10 years of disaster with this software.

Good- I am always happy to temp in an office that has eagle soft.

Sometimes it shuts itself down or kicks me out of my application for “an illegal operation” however I did no such thing.

Very easy to use and figure out all the possibilities with reports and features. Also very easy to connect with customer support or easily google question to figure out a fix.

Eaglesoft desperately needs a new web-based UI. The 32 bit UI in 2018 is difficult, and subscribes to a user mode that is quickly becoming out dated.

Plays well with other software companies that can be integrated into the system to make other aspects simplified. We integrated Solution Reach, it was seamless).

I like that this software is relatively easy to use, if I find myself in a situation that I cannot fix their customer service is easy to reach.

Front office and administration and clinical staff alike can all navigate the platform and use the features to their advantage.

The customer service, support, and live help features are outstanding - the staff are friendly, very knowledgeable, willing to work with you and very effective at solving problems.

It is very easy to use, if you have used any dental practice management software you will pretty much know how to use this. Went from Dentrix to this and picked it up quickly.

At times the ledger can be difficult to understand. Need to be able to input more detailed insurance coverage; such as downgrades, age limits,  waiting periods, missing tooth clause.

Eaglesoft has a lot of features and capabilities; it is great to have them all in the same system and able to be easily integrated with other applications we use.

Having to go to the home screen for navigation is inconvenient.

I love their chart compared to other sorftware.

In the beginning the software is hard to understand. Some things are placed in odd spots.

Our patients love the text reminders for their appointments. Our staff likes the ability to text/notify patients from a non-personal number.

It has recently stopped alerting us when we have a new message so we're missing people's request to change appointment times.

We have also had some problems with text messages not being sent out and/or sent to the wrong person with incorrect times.

Likely not a zingit problem, but unfortunately I had to cancel the services as it started to cost me business.

We like zingit's text reminders and it's ease of integration into our software.

The price is much better compared to similar services and tech support is wonderful.

Not only is the cost very affordable for what we need, the customer service is great as well. Any time I have had an issue with the system , I have been taken care of in a short period of time.

Zingit is so user friendly. You don't have to do extensive training to get it going and if you ever need any help, they are very helpful and easy to contact.

If the employee is out of the office that receives the email, we don't know until the patients that depend on this for their reminders start missing.

Patients like the reminders and are happy with the ability to text the doctor.

The happy birthday automatic texts are wonderful. The system makes reactivations and check-ins very easy for staff to do.

We have patient appointment reminders set-up and we have less missed appointments due to Zingit. Customer service has been amazing to help when we've needed help.

My patients do love the ease in which they can communicate with me. I appreciate the helpfulness of the Zingit staff.
