When I first started with this web hosting site I had my front desk person to handle setup assuming I lacked marketing skills thinking it was hard to navigate.

I like the ease of use to schedule appts and market services. Its pretty easy to understand and navigate.

Also very limited on products we can put in. We are a focus salon and many of items listed are outdated.

I love the gift certificates option as well. Customer service is always quick and easy and have always resolved anything I have had an issue with.

I did not like that I had trouble with my image that I uploaded.

You can design your on site. There are lots of options to help you to design your site to look very professional.

Too much is going on on the screens at once, and your eyes have trouble adjusting.

A year and a half later they almost unanimously agree that it saves time has improved work flow on many fronts. The simplicity of the software aided in the ease of training for our staff.

Tech support is excellent and always available. I love the Chat Now feature where you can get help and answers immediately.

Poor training protocol with system changes and implementation. Difficult to get prompt and concise answers to customer service issues.

Plus, the inability of the implementation team to export/import our data was a major blow.

The deployment was horrible with an abundance of inaccurate entries which interfered with billing. Billing team in general is incompetent.

Use of Smart Text which are mini-templates allow faster and more flexible note creation, not locking one in to use of specific templates.

Lost my practice $53,000 in 18 months due to timely filing denials and not paying attention to claim denials.

The doctor and techs like the usability of the software.

My only complaint would be the interface issues that we sometimes have with our practice manager software.

The encounters are organized as a traditional history and physical or SOAP note (the way the medical record SHOULD BE). The messaging system seems awkward.

User friendly, quick, easy to use, overall I like the system. Easy to access to pt info, makes my job easier to do.

Innovation has been consistent, and the product is faster and more capable today than yesterday. The product is intuitive and easy to use.

This software is got to be one of the best that I have used. It is very user friendly.

We have stuck with Chartlogic through many changes in personnel, strategies, product development processes. We were early adopters attracted to the voice recognition feature that is outstanding.

The only con I have about this product is that it is sometimes hard to navigate between the screens.

Their customer service people are fantastic. The product gets the job done and has most features I like.

This means you are months behind known issues which means months of dealing with angry staff and surgeons.

Worked with other EMRs and you are not allowed to custimize templates of office notes or progress notes. Can custimize Folders for scanned documents.
