  • Pros

  • Treatment plans and Progress Notes are awesome features, and the reports that we can create, are of great help.
  • Overall pretty great product and service and seems to be a company that is focused on development and growth of the product and customer service experience.
  • It looks great, the implementation of Wiley planner is fantastic, and it gets the job done. The color scheme is nice (it looks pretty).
  • Cons

  • This program is grossly insufficient for billing purposes and the representative even told us that it wasn't created for billing which makes me feel even worse. You don't listen to our suggestions.
  • After charging me an insanely high fee for managed billing, they refused to refund the deposit after I canceled the service with no services yet provided.
  • They blame a third party that they choose and put absolutely no effort and extremely poor customer service to resolve this issue.

  • SENSITIVE CONTENT] is amazing and so efficient. When the claims section is accurate, it is a great option because it tells you the status of your claims "draft, pending, accepted" etc.
  • Theraplatform has a great calendar, it's easy to include forms (such as consent for tele therapy, and other customizable forms), many of the organization features are excellent and easy to use.
  • I feel like it is a good fit for my small private practice. I use it daily and feel that the set up is perfect.
  • Cons

  • Tech support is THE WORST. No matter the issue, it is always the users error, even when several users are all having the same problem at the same exact time.
  • The fact that they did not take responsibility for their software glitch or error is sad.
  • I have to signout and back in and troubleshoot for nearly every session. It appears unprofessional to pts.
