They get the job done when they say they will, unlike the two previous experiences with larger organisations that were appalling.

The integrated system from members to up to date payees is also a great bit of software, makes life very easy. Support it good not that we use it much and overall I would say the cost is very fair.

The team behind the scenes are always very pleasant and helpful, they respond to queries and fix any issues as quickly as possible (usually within a few hours).

That we did not get it sooner, as we was losing money with not tracking memberships.

The system does everything we need to manage our members. Facility support team are excellent - knowledgeable, responsive, helpful.

I have used Ashbourne in my club for many years and their software gets better and better. They charge me per dd coleted and the software is provided for free.

Our door access system has worked fantastically, having an access system integrated with our membership system means we are picking up a far greater amount of defaulters and non-payers.

I don't like that joint members are counted as one member in the reporting.

I don't like that there are such limited spaces available for items on the till. I dont like that we cant edit members basic information (email address, address etc).

The main good thing for me, is the speed at which the Ashbourne team deal with queries and issues. The software is very easy to use and navigate and is fairly comprehensive.

I've used three member management software providers including Ashbourne and this is definitely the best. Customer service always outstanding.

Lack of integration between the desktop and online versions can be cumbersome and less than user-friendly at times.

The product's broad capability comes with the downside of being difficult to navigate. It's not intuitive at all.

I have been frustrated with the overall experience with MemberClicks.

The software has a nice membership database and allows for good use bu a Chamber of Commerce. We are not a Chamber and find these tools less useful.

What I like most is the ease of managing my committees, sending them emails, tracking meetings/minutes/agendas/attendance.

HelpTeam tries to have pissing contest with you instead of getting the job done.

My experience with MemberClicks has been largely positive. The system is fairly easy to use and the support has been excellent.

The issues that  I have are mainly due to my own lack of seeking additional training to use all of the features.

If you have a quick question the Chat is an easy way to get help. We only use a fraction of the options available so there is much that this system can do.

The contact center helps us keep our members engaged. The forms registration integrates perfectly with our website.

Inability to customize some financial report features.

Overall, MemberClicks is an incredible company and the Oasis product is superb.

Thank goodness for the support staff. However, I really shouldn't be contacting them 3-6 a week still.

They are also very good about implementing customer suggestions into software updates. This is a fully integrated system that makes management much easier; it can integrate quickbooks as well.

Having a single  application suite of functionally rich tools - is worth it's weight in gold. No need for integrating separate data sets - excellent.

The system supported all of our needs for setting up event registrations, with multiple pricing tiers by member type and setting attendee caps for sessions.

We have been using MemberClicks for over 3 years and this is by far the best AMS program we've seen. I am blown away by the communication and dedication they have with their customers.

Very positive; love the customer service and comp extras.

Very hard to edit, very hard to upload information and your not sure where you even uploaded it. No visual marking  of if you sent a document.

Value Reports have also been a game changer when it comes to retention and helping to break down the value of membership investment.

They have been advancing and improving their features and they have great customer service.

Again the support and the help pages are super great. If they can get the rest of the software to be as comfortable  that would be grand.
