  • Pros

  • I love the intuitive platform and the customer service is out of this world.
  • The management of member information is integrated with Rotary International, and allows for easy communication across the District because contact details are automatically maintained.
  • Cons

  • Previews are misleading. When previewing, you get a item/page stand-alone preview, not a merged master page, draft page preview.
  • It has a few odd quirks in unexpected places - backend modules can be a little cumbersome.

  • Very easy to use, good reports, detailed instructions, support help excellent and the price is very affordable.
  • Customer support is outstanding, and the videos that describe the product have been extremely helpful.
  • Cons

  • When you need to add a new donor and have a limited number of envelope numbers, you have to delete an inactive donor.
  • The option to email statements seemed very difficult to use. I tried a few times and found it did not work well.
