Pros
- I find this software easy to use, and since it's been several years using it, I feel very comfortable with it and know it well.
- Integration with Stripe was very straightforward and easy. Setting up custom emails for successful registration/subscription/cancellation and so on are very simple.
Cons
- I also was not able to get the page restriction working on my website and had to use shortcodes instead. This is due to using Oxygen Builder.
- Your site directed me to add a cache exception for my login page. I was charged a service fee by my website host to have the URL added to the exception list and it still did not work.
Pros
- Also critical was event management and integration with membership, since the organization's main publicity and fundraising activity is a large bike ride. Web site integration was also attractive.
- Easy of use, ability to customize the member database easily and the integrated content management system for a professional website.
Cons
- The clunky interface was made worse on slow-speed days, whereas other programs were not affected at all.
- It has errored out a number of times and there was no intuitive alert to let us know we were missing out on authorized donations.
