With practice, it gave me the confidence to work through my issues. It worked for me and I felt as though I had concurred the world.

Availability of software is important to organization.

The process has been very supportive and they have worked diligently to implement special requests, making the software feel like our own.

They denied our request to terminate contract and are trying to get money out of us.

It is user friendly and able to switch to different client with ease.

AZZLY is extremely user friendly and the customer service is the best I have ever experienced.

There are times it's as if the plane is being built in the air and there is no concerted effort to plan before doing something.

The Customer Service is excellent. The staff responds quickly, and they are very helpful.

It was not very easy to learn how to use at first, seemed more difficult to navigate than other similar products I have used in the past.

There are things I would change, but there are things that make me glad I've had Azzly and not some other EHR's I've used in the past.

For as much as it costs, I would expect something amazing.

Several incidents of lost documentation which were not a result of user error, but Azzly could not recover these documents. Slow response time on fixing issues in their system.

Not user friendly, very time consuming to navigate between pages and screens. Unable to open more than one tab at a time.

But my favorite feature is definitely  the customer service  we receive when we have an issue. The staff at azzly are amazing.

No sorting option for payments recieved for each therapist/doctor. There is not a box for patient name in the SEOB tab when entering insurance payments.

I do not care for the strange way of entering Dap notes. Why is it necessary to go into that weird window, enter the EME #, select forms, etc.

It is very easy to navigate. If you have used electronic health records in the past you will instantly notice how simple it is to navigate.

Clinical side is easy to use. Therapist really seem to enjoy the new system.

Team moral has been impacted due to inability to get their jobs done while waiting on the software.

Azzly has been very responsive EHR system to our needs. Staff is knowledgeable and what they don't know they find out.

I have seen hours of work disappear from the screen, only to have to be reentered.

This system is comprehensive, user friendly and exceeds expectations.

Information that you are currently entering can be lost if connection to internet is broken. Documents have to be locked before you sign.

Azzly is so amazing and easy to navigate through. It is by far the best program that I have used.

Luminello is easy to you and has a shallow learning curve- it is a wonderful place to gather all the information necessary for patient files.

Customer support was also extremely responsive and helpful. I appreciated customer service by email, as responding to an email is much easier than making a phone call for me.

It was an okay system when I was a small, solo private practice. It has not grown with me and that's disappointing.

I have also used NewCrop and ClinicTracker in past settings, and both of which are horrendous.

Luminello is simply easy. I write my progress notes and prescribe my medications electronically with ease.

They would rather send 15 emails then have one call and I have to threaten them to get questions answered.

Integration with local labs is lacking if you do not use quest or labcorps. It also was hard to find ones own personal URL.

Originally my plan was all cash practice. This would have been perfect for that.

It is not cluttered with functions I do not need and allows a surprising degree of customization within some constraints.

Notes are easy to do once initial templates are completed and easy to do follow up notes. Integration of scheduling, e-prescribing, and online scheduling is major advantage.

Also the integration of messages into charts. Electronic prescribing has been a huge asset as well.

Everything is online- so forms able to send easily to patients for signatures. Secure portal messaging very easy to use.

Support staff has been very responsive and helpful.

I had a problem e-prescribing on Friday due to purchase of new phone.

The mobile interface was also sometimes difficult to use.

Integration with current processes went smoothly and it is very user friendly. Being able to integrate patient's credit cards into the system was a definite billing time saver.

It's competitively priced with other EMRs like practice fusion though practice fusion has e-labs which luminello does not. It's fairly intuitive to use.

I liked the comprehensive nature of the note possibilities helping me capture the totality of potential mental health problems for patients in documentation.

However, I ended up using separate vendors for scheduling, billing, prescribing, labs, and Telehealth. That created a disjointed experience for me and my clients.

It has been freezing on me lately when I've tried to edit the intake note templates. It's a little confusing trying to figure out how to build forms on it or edit the forms.

Sending labs is still difficult. Also, they require patients date of birth when setting up an account for patients which has annoyed me (as opposed to patient typing it themselves).

I am very happy with them and relieved to have finally found a good solution. I am now able to manage a medium sized psychiatry practice without any staff which is a huge accomplishment.

It is very helpful to have electronic prescription capabilities especially because California is phasing out paper prescriptions in 2022. The program is quite reliable.

I think this might be just because it's made more for therapists than physicians, but I'm not sure. Overall, it's been pretty good.

Overall my experience was wonderful, particularly refreshing after switching from another general EMR.

The feature I like most about this software is the ease with which I can post questionnaires for patients and then directly transfer that information into a note.

There are many aspects of Luminello that were appealing and worked well for my practice. First is the user interface, which was very easy on the eyes.

Very easy to learn and overall operation is intuitive. Tech support is outstanding, even for the basic questions.

The pricing is straightforward and fair, with new provider/low-volume pricing. I appreciate not being constantly upsold other products from sales, which I’ve experienced with other platforms.

I think this is a great software for therapists and cash pay practices.
