  • Pros

  • Love the patient portal. We are able to send out documents for people to sign virtually which is also very helpful.
  • Good organization, easy navigation, clarity, customizable, good customer support services, training videos and readings.
  • Cons

  • But they have terrible documentation. Most of the time the documentation does not explain what something does, or how to use it.
  • I lost several staff through the process. They were teaching me how to implement the system, but not how to use it.

  • The clinical interface is good. Intuitive to navigate, looks good, nice use of shortcuts and templates for notes, and nice scheduler.
  • I like the ability to learn as needed with Kareo university and ease of use for our team. We love the automated reminders and the ability the send messages with the software.
  • Cons

  • We had tons of rejections and denials for months. Our billers were on the verge of leaving because it was so much of a hassle.
  • The tele medicine is the worst department, their support team is slow and arrogant, and there are a lot of technical issues which lead to lost patient appointments and it affects clinical care.
