Action1 has been extremely useful for getting our endpoints updated, both regarding Windows patching, and upgrading components for our CRM software suite, which went through a recent version upgrade.

The built-in script library is very useful as it means we can utilise extra functionality like local password resets, remote wipe etc. without needing to write our own scripts.

No IOS app to manage and remote into the devices, need to use a web browser, but remote desktop is really limited unless you have a mouse and keyboard connected to your Ipad.

I think some of the information can be hard to find, or you have to drill down. For example finding if a machine has low disk space.

I like that I just had to install a piece of software on a server and it picked up all the PC's and servers and installed the software it needed on them.

The software updating feature is great and easy to use. It's easy to see what updates are needed and to approve and schedule them to run.

The remote access seems a bit limited, for instance with no ability to transfer files.

It's a fantastic free tool for small businesses to make administrator's life easier. It's just brilliant, it allows me to inventory, update and remotely support users from my armchair.

I also was limited to one login for an administrator at first but that was opened up recently to more than one.

An Affordable and feature rich solution to Patch management.

Supports schedule based automated maintenance of servers and connected workstation. Very effective in remote desktop and unattended access.

On test deplyment the overall experience has been very positive. Good support when required and great it has some solid PowerShell under the hood.

I like that there are email motivations that I can set up to know what is critical and who has installed a software. Peace of mind is what I like the most, especially as a one person IT position.

It's sometimes difficult to find the report you are looking for in the reporting section. Some of them have names that don't really explain what info is on the report.

Patch management is where this product really excels. Inventory management is totally functional and based on what we've seen so far, they will continue to improve functionality and UI/UX rapidly.

This is particularly when our staff are no longer in the office all the time and are working from home.

The program is very easy to use and works like a charm. You can almost do everything that an IT need with it.

I liked that you could use the web and use an APP for connecting to computers. I liked that I coudl use my cell phone app to connect when away from my PC.

Having quick access at any of my computers to control remote equipment in the Caribbean has improved our workflow in a great manner.

Although I would prefer to use this product over any other, the pricing is ridiculously high with no negotiation available.

Price is good for small office with limited computers. Works with all browsers that I have tried it with, although some better than others.

We started with LogMeIn when it was a free service and purchased a volume license since we had about 70 computers to use LogMeIn for tech support.

I only dislike that you have to pay for it...but that's silly. These guys deserve more money.

I have used this several time to have people help me on my computer and it has worked great and is easy to use and install.

I'm not big on phone calls so it makes me nuts when I forget to log off and I get business calls after-hours.

I love how it helps you keep your computer under control without any complications.

There are 2 autentifications. First to LogMeIn and the second to the host, which sometimes is little annoying.

Nothing about the software, usually bad experiences were due to slow internet connections.

During this pandemic I can work from home and still be able to access my computer and all my things on it. Its is easy to log in and easy to maneuver around.

When it was working, it was reliable and easy to use. It allows for a full takeover of a computer remotely.

The software does remote desktop well; the resolution is good and even some of the remote management for Windows computer is beneficial.

The only thing I don't like about log me in, is that I worry someone in the office can see me accessing my screen while not there.

The ability to quickly connect to the PC to perform maintenance is another of my favorite features.

Overall, I don't think the extra cost is justified if you do not meet the 25 licenses minimum. Putting in the Antivirus software into it seems to be an interesting idea.

I like how easily you can remotely control your devices with LogMeIn Central. Is pretty straightforward to use, and with high performance for the low resources it requires.

After a problem caused by a bad Windows update, I needed a way to remotely administer my servers while away from the office.

Sometimes the delay time is a bit annoying as it takes longer for things to load while remoting into someone's pc periodically.

There is no way I could do my job without accessing a client's computer.

It has a great remote access feature that is really simple for people with even the smallest amount of computer knowledge to give access to their computer for IT issues and demonstrations.

Their customer service is very difficult to work with, they are a bit curt and can come off as rude.
