  • Pros

  • Support and account reps are responding quickly and try to resolve issues.
  • The features that I enjoy the most about Blackpoint is the real-time constant monitoring that the SOC teams provides. If there is an issues the team is quickly on top of it.
  • Cons

  • As an MSP, we have have several tools that we use to analyze threats in our client's organizations.
  • The cost of a breach and data loss is much higher.

  • This software has so many options and abilities that any IT or support team will love it to its core.
  • Console is friendly, script deployment to the end user computers is really good.
  • Cons

  • It doesn't get a very complete list from individual users. For example, I had zoom installed for several people and it was giving me problems in Tenable.io.
  • At first it is a bit difficult to understand where to perform any action.
