  • Pros

  • From what I can see, this software looks like it could be a great tool for some applications.
  • Altru has a wonderful feature of copying appointments and holding them for you to reschedule. I love how there is a database of clients and you can easily search for them.
  • Cons

  • The interface is intimidating and confusing for my staff, and requires a lot of training to use.
  • The financial and revenue setup can be intimidating, since there's a general ledger behind all the sales and revenue transactions.

  • Once you set up an event, it's fairly easy to duplicate and set up any future events for each individual location. The Tix software looks like it's a part of our site once integrated.
  • Tix is easy to use for staff and customers. I have shopped the competition and appreciate the pricing and service that Tix provides.
