  • NetX support is very responsive and they have a great community feedback forum. They are always looking for ways to improve their products and listen to their customers.
  • The interface is attractive and uncomplicated. The features are easy to find and use.

  • Some lack of automation in metadata fields page.

  • Once you set up an event, it's fairly easy to duplicate and set up any future events for each individual location. The Tix software looks like it's a part of our site once integrated.
  • Tix is easy to use for staff and customers. I have shopped the competition and appreciate the pricing and service that Tix provides.
