Starting with ticket sales, the software provided a highly intuitive interface that allowed guests to register, select their seating, and purchase tickets with just a few clicks. The seamless checkout process made a great first impression on our attendees while giving our team real-time visibility into headcount and revenue. The auction functionality was equally impressive and incredibly user-friendly. Setting up our catalog was straightforward, and the mobile bidding integration completely transformed the room's energy. Guests could easily browse items and receive instant outbid notifications directly on their phones, which naturally drove up our fundraising totals without requiring constant announcements from the stage. Finally, closing out the event—traditionally the most chaotic and stressful part of the night—was remarkably smooth. Because the system securely kept attendee payment methods on file, we were able to process winning bids, process donations, and finalize transactions instantly. Automated, itemized receipts were immediately emailed to guests, entirely eliminating the dreaded bottleneck of long checkout lines and allowing our staff to wrap up the evening efficiently. #### Cons The credit card charging processing could be better and the reporting for item categorization is very poor. #### Vendor response You NAILED it! We have been with them since 2019, when we held our very first fundraiser, and I truly cannot imagine ever using another auction platform. From that first event to where we are today, our fundraiser has grown tremendously, and Auctria has been right there beside us every step of the way. What makes Auctria so special is that it is so much more than just great auction software. The people behind it are AMAZING. Their customer service is truly unmatched. Whenever we have a question, need help figuring something out, or are in the middle of the craziness that comes with putting on a large fundraiser, they respond so quickly and are always willing to help. You never feel like you are bothering them or that you are just another customer. They genuinely care about your organization, your event, and your success. Another thing I absolutely love about Auctria is how much they value our feedback. They are constantly updating and improving the platform to make things easier and more user friendly for those of us actually using it to run events. If we have a suggestion or an idea for something that could make the platform even better, they listen! Our feedback is taken seriously and passed along to their development team. It is so refreshing to work with a company that truly wants to hear from its customers and uses that feedback to continue making its product better. You really feel like your voice matters. As our fundraiser continued to grow, we decided to add Auctria Launch, and it has been one of the best decisions we have made. Their team helps us enter our data, organize and set up our event, and make sure everything is ready to go. Having that kind of support takes such a huge amount of work and stress off our shoulders. They are there throughout the entire planning process and whenever we need them. The platform itself is extremely user friendly, has so many great features, and is very reasonably priced for everything you receive. Every year we learn even more about what Auctria can do, and because they are continually listening to their customers and making improvements, the platform just keeps getting better. After being an Auctria customer since 2019, I can confidently say that they have earned our trust and loyalty over and over again. They truly feel like part of our fundraising team, and I recommend them every chance I get. If you are using another auction software program or are trying to decide which one to use for your event, I cannot recommend Auctria enough.
