  • Pros

  • I am excited to use the minute-maker functionality - should it work like the agenda maker, I know it'll be brilliant.
  • I liked that it's so easy to use and onboarding the software was very easy and quick.
  • Cons

  • Not sure...I haven't found many. I guess I hate remembering so many passwords so signing in all the time kind of stinks.
  • It is difficult to tell if you have sent a message or posted a document that you want the rest of the Board to see.

  • As promised PayBee was really easy to implement and use and had most of the functionality we were hoping for as we launched our first virtual event.
  • PayBee was very easy to use. The best part is that the PayBee team is SO supportive and helpful.
  • Cons

  • User customization is still restricted, roles and responsibility access, as currently there only two roles.
  • There was also an issue when uploading email addresses for the RSVPs-- some of these were lost. Having a template to download and then fill in would be helpful to avoid this issue.
