  • Pros

  • Easy to navigate and the reports are great. I especially love the Dashboard that shows everything you want to know during the event.
  • We're so thrilled that we found ClickBid and invested in the software.
  • Cons

  • Didnt work well with facebook merchant. Crashed during ticket push and I didnt get notification of error from company - from users instead.
  • My main complaint last year was that you could figure out which bidders were outbidding you but, this year, thats corrected.

  • Our favorite feature in VolunteerMatters is the ability to log hours served volunteering into a volunteer's profile.
  • I love having the ability to add graphics to different projects and signing up for a shift is straightforward.
  • Cons

  • Volunteer Matters suggests using Zapier, which charges and additional fee for Salesforce.
  • The Advanced Contact search I think is sometimes difficult to use.
