  • Our favorite feature in VolunteerMatters is the ability to log hours served volunteering into a volunteer's profile.
  • I love having the ability to add graphics to different projects and signing up for a shift is straightforward.
  • Cons

  • Volunteer Matters suggests using Zapier, which charges and additional fee for Salesforce.
  • The Advanced Contact search I think is sometimes difficult to use.

  • Very versatile options that are all included in one low price. We're very excited for the Chapters features.

  • Using Silkstart almost cost me my job when things did not work correctly, have lost customers due to the product not working as intended.
  • The email tool is difficult. Overall, the package feels very late 90's.
