  • Pros

  • This software is great because I can submit proposals and save information that I repeatedly enter for multiple proposals.
  • The ability to use different search criteria and the number of destination represented is outstanding.
  • Cons

  • The only downside I see currently is the cost. It is a little more expensive than as a team we would prefer, but you get what you pay for.
  • The convoluted process to do many tasks within the platform is frustrating for everyone (literally everyone) in our organization who has used it for the past six years.

  • TidyHQ is so easy to use and all of us on tge committee can access and see up to date club information and finances.
  • The integrated functionality between Membership and Events. Intuitive and easy to use.
  • Cons

  • Missing an attendance tracker for something that is not an event.
  • This can cause us to send payment reminders to persons whose household payments have already been made by the other member of the household. We also have a problem with payment levels.
