We like that pricing isn't tiered based on number of contacts. Most other solutions have a steep price increase that discourages growing contacts. Cons: The need to use Zapier for integrations with other systems (which has a separate cost) is the only downside. Reasons for choosing DonorDock We considered multiple other CRM solutions. DonorDock was the only one that did not have a steep price increase when the number of contacts hit a threshold (usually from 1,000 to 2,500). As a smaller nonprofit that's focused on growing our contacts and supporters, it's really important for us to control costs as we grow. Reasons for switching to DonorDock DonorDock consolidates all contacts into one place and also has great features like dashboards and reporting as well as automated reminders to reach out to contacts.
