I ABSOLUTELY LOVE that this app (software) is free, that it is easy to sign up, and the app (software) maintains a log of all donations that have been given.

You are limited to the date ranges they offer.

Weekend Support Non-Existant - Beware of Fake Accounts.

There is no selection for a church member to enter their church #number.

It's more than efficient and user friendly and the support team gets the job done when you reach out to them.

It is not as easy to give a refund if someone makes a mistake. It took days to setup because of the verification process with the church.

The customer service is something better than superior. They are quick to respond and the responses make sense.

Once everything is set up for each grant and scholarship, it is a breeze for applicants and reviewers to use.

Ease of use for an online grant application system. It's not always as intuitive to ME.

Application process - to complete/approve applications is a little tricky. I am only a year into utilizing the software for reporting.

This system made our grant process so simple for our users, both applicants and evaluators. We went from the stone age of paper to the simplicity of a completely integrated system.

The system has saved us so much time and paper. I would never go back and look forward to the day when we can fully integrate with CommunitySuite as well.

They are always making updates which are useful, I recommend reading the update highlights when they come out, I always learn something new.
