I would recommend GiveSmart 100. They are professional and have a great product.

The second best feature are the sponsor ads. We like how they are not only on the homepage but integrated through the software.

There is often fear of losing donations during that down time, but their staff is always more than willing to make things right.

It has been a great relationship for us. We had onsite support for our first event and she was fantastic (and kept me sane).

The account managers are really fantastic and willing to help you through any questions or customizations you want to try.

I love how user friendly it is. It is professional looking and I love that I can manage from my phone.

The customer service at Give Smart was great. Whenever I had issues, placing a call to them was very easy and they were very responsive.

This is a great way to keep your guest up to date with auction information and send text to encourage them to donate.

Overall we have had a very good experience and recommended to others for events.

They have a great costumer support team as well as on site team. Have had nothing but good experiences with their software and team.

Seems to be missing some basic options for customizing.

We have been looking for a mobile auction software service for a long time and finally found a good one within our price range.

My nonprofit ended up eating the tax that should have been charged to the purchaser (according to the law) and we lost over $1000 having to pay that bill ourselves.

Sad to think they are willing to lose a customer rather than even attempting to work with us.

Similarly, their on site staff for night of events were fantastic and super helpful - they made the service even more valuable.

As an organization that turns over every year, this software has been instrumental in helping us keep the continuity for a successful event.

What I like most about this software is the customization capabilities and just how easy it really is to use.

Reporting is easy, POS/refunds are a dream, and I really like how easy it is to set up every year.

There is a lot of information you can gather when talking to a constituent from those first pages that are really helpful and can add insight.

I have really been struggling with server issues so when I go to pull up a constituent account I only see the name and can't make any changes or get any data off the dashboard.

But very frustrating when you are rushing to get an email out or setup up a time sensitive advocacy action. The second and bigger problem is Salsa has a bad reputation with spam houses.

Salsa is a GREAT Option for Non Profits with a Budget.

Overall I am pleased with the program, but I can also see lots of opportunity for improvement.

The price is difficult to justify for a small non-profit.

First off, the superficial, but important fact that it looks great. It is also very simple to use.

Customer Support - Award winning. I have gotten quick response to questions posed, and I find that they even offer to assist further after the problem has been resolved.

Running reports is extremely difficult in Salsa.

And if you use Salsa CRM, it integrates so beautifully, you'll be glad you make this move.

Salsa is good for general tracking of activities, donors, etc. I would recommend other CRMs over Salsa due to the outdated platform.

Missing the old founders. Wishing the product had more integration with email templates and an updated user interface.

I enjoy how accessible this software makes website building. The templates they provide are a great starting point and very easy to customize to meet your organization's needs.

Salsa has a great training program and their customer service department is very friendly and is able to help me out when I need assistance.

I disliked the reports on the back-end. They seemed to be hidden and difficulty to navigate.

I like the friendly and welcoming look of the appeals I have received. The layout and ease of use are great.

The administrative area is very hard on the eyes, sometimes buggy and poorly designed. The templating feature is draconian and lacks modern features like drag and drop.

Plan for this if you are a making ANY database change. We lost about 20 of our monthly donors.

Very happy we chose to use Salsa Engage as our database. Our team finds it very user-friendly.

I find Salsa Engage is very easy to use and very easy to maneuver around.

So far, my only complaint about Salsa is all the steps you must go through to see an individual sender's letters to an elected official.

Overall, I have found it very easy to make four different websites for four different purposes. Each turn out looking great with minimal time and financial commitment.

I stopped to write this review because thats where I am and it has happened more then once this year.

I looked high and low for software I could integrate into our current advocacy plans and Salsa was the perfect fit. I wish I had found them sooner.

They listen to feedback on how to make the system better and investing money into developing it. Will work with you to resolves road blocks you might have and create work arounds if needed.

The ability to create form letters and send them via email was much needed for our organization. Customer service is very helpful.

I love working on the Engage platform and hope to see more updates as time allows.
