The support team tries to be helpful but often fall short. I think the company is still very new and has a lot of kinks to work out.
I like that I can embed donation forms directly into my website without opening a new page. I also like that I can brand the forms to my org's brand.
The back-end reporting and banking has been a struggle for our bookkeepers. They say the systems are not aligned well with our accounting methods.

We were introduced to iDonate last year by one of our board members. After several conference calls and demos we launched out in using the online giving platform for our donors. We have been impressed!

* Back Office is a powerful tool to manage giving trends.
* Once the monthly giving option is checked they no longer receive an automated thank you. They do receive an alert the day before their account is debited. I believe both are needed.
