Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Simplicity. Cheaper rates. Great customer service. They have always been very responsive and very helpful. The user experience is really simple and fairly intuitive.

  • It is extremely easy to use. Since our church implemented Kindrid and replaced our old giving provider, our complaints with end-users have completely stopped. It is very intuitive and easy to use.

  • Cons

  • Of course we wish it was less expensive, but we have compared it with other vendors twice since we started and Kindrid/Give.Church has been less than or equal to the competition both times.

  • Having some difficulty with deposits, but seems to be getting better as IT has been working hard to get it fixed and I think they've done a ton to solve the problem.

  • Pros

  • It’s great and I like how you are constantly listening to your community and implementing improvements

  • I like that it is a one stop shop for association management. It is easy to use and you get so much for the money!

  • Cons

  • It's a little confusing to work out initially but once youre familiar it's great.

  • a bit constrained when it comes to webpage design, but all the functionality behind (database, calendar, etc), it is OK, it is definitely worse working around it.
