An AMS that Meets all your Needs
I have nothing but positive experiences with Growthzone from my interaction with sales, to onboarding and then continued support with the support team. They are very responsive and keep an open mind to user recommendations.
PROSThe program is very appealing to the eye. Its user interface is very user friendly. The modules available provide tools to make our association run efficient and effectively.
CONSNothing! I love it all. I can't think of any part of the software that I dislike.

Great service and scalable
We switched from another platform because the user experience wasn't what it needed to be to make us competitive. We also believe GrowthZone will help us grow for many years. We also like the variable rate payment option, particularly in our early years.
PROSWe use the Events, Web Content (blogs), and Lists (contact manager) all the time. They're easy to use and produce a great-looking member experience. As we grow, we'll use more of the Reports to track engagement and renewals. The website editor is also great for designing something professional and for ease of editing. The support service is great. We always get an answer within a day.
CONSThe accounting menus could be simplified. The Boolean operators in list creation don't work consistently.

Disappointed
Extremely disappointing and frustrating.
PROSI do like the dashboard feel, for keeping track of membership it has been better than what we were using before.
CONSNone of the features we thought were being sold actually work. From the sale, to implementation to actual use not of the features we were looking forward to using the most don't actually work or they are in "beta" testing. It feels like this is the old software solution that they have just coded on top of and made clunky instead of starting over from scratch to actually make an all in one software solution. At first we were really happy with it and then realized all of the issues and things that were not in fact actually usable features. Like discount codes, the way the blog integrates with the wordpress, not being able to get comments on our blog, no automatic email reminders for members who should be renewing, the list goes on.

We thought we were getting a better deal and it had the features we needed. But in fact, we were told it a bunch of bs and it can't do what we need it to.

We needed something that was an all in one solution that wasn't that complicated. GrowthZone is not that platform either.

Perfect Solution for our Association!
I knew GrowthZone would improve the logistics of managing our association, but I have been blown away by just how much it has improved! I highly recommend this application!
PROSI love the integration of the events and membership directory into our website. It helps me manage those two items much more efficiently. I love that I can create invoices within GZ. I love that my members can create login information, which allows me to continue to share information that is a benefit to our members.
CONSI just wish I had more flexibility with the Email Marketing feature. It is great, but I had more flexibility with our former website provider that I miss in GZ. I also need to learn more about the Quickbooks integration.

I chose GrowthZone because it felt more integrated and less like a bunch of widgets pieced together. It just felt more streamlined than the other products.

Great Association Management Software
Overall, I find this is one of the best Association Management software suites that I have used and I have used quite a few! it feels like the developers understand the association world and have built the software with several of the exceptions that may come up in associations
PROSEase of use and navigation. Can pretty much figure things out on your own and if not, knowledge base is helpful.
CONSIf you do need to reach customer support, it sometimes take a bit for them to get back to you.
