- Customer service is one of the best in any CRM/Donor management I've ever used. The product has a ton of features and ability to communication through video, text, email, and direct mail.
- We love NFG because it is easy to use, has a beautiful interface, and has most of the features we need integrated in one place.
Cons
- It provides inaccurate information and staff is unable to provide a work around even though they have had several complaints.
- So far the only negative is that we cannot link our direct deposit to multiple accounts for separate fundraisers.
Pros
- It has a decent range of features for the price and was pretty easy to walk a relatively tech-newbie crowd through using.
- It's easy to use and especially helpful in situations where people can't get out and about. In times like this, that's a big help.
Cons
- Has trouble working with Touch ID. Not everything is available in the app so it redirects to website.
- The way the deposits are done in accounting software can be a confusing.
