I have been very impressed that any product upgrades that have been suggested have always been heard, and many have been implemented, making the system even easier to use. They make setting up donation pages easy and have many avenues to learn the platform. They gave clear and concise instructions and promptly responded to questions and issues. The donations are directly deposited into our Stripe account which helps with efficiency in getting donations to our organizations. Cons: Our organizations do not get an email stating that a donation has been made and the donation reports and a little difficult to read.
