- I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.
- It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

- The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.
- It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.
Pros
- I like the fact that it is free, that when someone donates it is the full amount we receive. It is extremely simple and easy to use.
- It was easy to learn and use, and the customer support was excellent and attentive. With the help of Zeffy my organization was able to meet our ambitious fundraising goal.
Cons
- Otherwise, I don't have anything to criticize them about. They are still growing and they have been willing to adapt and modify as needed.
- I wish there were a way to add a zoom link to events registration forms, but I swear that's the only thing missing.
