Ve have excellent experience with customer service. They are extremely responsive to support tickets.

Utilizing StarChapter for our HR association has been very helpful and has been very easy for our association to utilize and adapt to.

We had trouble with the sponsor ads to look right in the newsletter when they pulled over, but this has been corrected now.

Some things are hard to update, change and get confusing.
