This program -- recommended by our city's arts organization -- is astoundingly good. Best of all, the Support staff are REAL people who respond to my email requests quickly, patiently, and skillfully. Plus, it makes sorting out reports (like who gets which T-shirt) easy. I'm really impressed. #### Cons The learning curve to get it set up is pretty steep -- expect to spend a couple thoughtful days putting your information where it needs to be and testing it internally.
