Pros/Cons
Pros
- Net is a very reliable and secured platform. The platform is PCI compliant and uses advanced security measures to protect our customers data and ensure secure transactions.
- Ease of use and the capabilities it has. Nice easy sign on, very ease and useful search options.
- Authorize.net features easy to use and very user friendly software. The program has awesome search features, easy to access reporting and awesome fraud protection and filters in place.
Cons
- Can be difficult to navigate, especially on mobile. We have also had some fraudulent transactions that the system did not notify us of.
- To my knowledge the only thing that makes it high-risk is that I charged about $5k in two days - Which I told the underwriter team was my norm before I signed up.
- Never saying anything overtly negative, but just bad attitudes and not treating people like valued customers.
Pros
- Coupled with the fairly easy to use system and setup, I believe Helcim is one of the best, definitley the best for the price point, which I was just informed has been removed.
- I required support during a few steps of setup and was always responded to quickly and with great detail to help with any challenges.
- The application and approval process was quick and easy, had approval with 24 hours.
Cons
- I do not work with the system on a regular basis, so my own experience has been the lack of any problems or negative feedback from the people that do use it.
- But printer problems were only part of the headaches. The Helcim app, required near constant updating, and always lost it's connection if another transaction wasn't done within ~30 min.
- Even walking our client through each step, they'd still often make a mistake and have to start over because they'd hit the wrong button.
