They are not a trustworthy company to work with. They are terrible at responding and will make it difficult to cancel.

My overall experience is poor. I will not be using EVO Payments again.

Subsequently they charged nearly $4000 in processing fees for doing NOTHING. The company is doing criminal practices AGAINST it's customers.

The product was easy to use and while you are a customer the treat you fairly decent.

Good service but you should be careful about adding charges.

The world has passed this company by. Customer service is terrible.

EVO is a pretty standard credit card processor with no standout features.

They never even acknowledged my dispute and charged me for equipment and early termination fees and did not wait the 10 days that I had to return it. TRUST ME THIS NOT NOT OVER.

They withheld money from us and did not tell us about it. They are very shady and unprofessional in their contracts (and now I'm stuck with a $400 fee for leaving them).

We needed a credit card processor for the POS component of our system and they were tied into Clean Cloud our CRM and POS system.

I did like anything about this company or product.

The people were nice, the program for establishing a new account was generous with terminal discounts. The people were just absolutely the friendliest you could hope for.

Beware of this company's practices of how they charge your account. They wouldn't allow a large deposit into my account and reversed the deposit but still charged service charges.

The customer service and onboarding process was excellent.

Because of their creed they lost a client that they processed over a million dollars a year for.

Great on the integration and operation side, slow on the customer service side.

It was super to be able to accept credit and debit cards quickly and easily.

Sometimes the system will lag when talking to other programs.

Robust payment processor with a slow customer service response time.

Integrates well with Shopify and can result in lower transaction fees. Lots of options for customization and fine tuning.

It is quick and easy to take payments. I love that it syncs with QuickBooks and Invoice ASAP and I can see who has paid and when.

Different languages to help people that are limited.

Pulling up past transactions is very easy as well which is super helpful when there are questions on charges.

Its great way for our service techs to collect over the phone. I also like how easy it is to find past transactions; you will never lose track of payments.

Everything was clear on how to set up the software and anything that I did not understand the support team helped me with.

Overall good experience, they're responsive if you have any questions or need anything.

When printers mess up it's sometimes a pain to track down a receipt to print it for the customer once the window has been closed.

Excellent customer service but may not be for a micro business.

I like that the payment platform has so many options. First Data has it software on so many payment platforms you wouldn't believe it unless you have seen.

This software is userfriendly and easy to navigate. Use this daily to locate charges.

This software was easy to use an implement. Customer support to get set up was quick, accessible and straightforward.

We have been using this platform for almost a year now. We don't process a lot of credit card payments so our volume is low but when we do it is very easy to use and administer.

You also can't delete someone from a recurring payment plan or change the date of their payment. Finally, there are no automatic receipts for donations.

This is a great solution to a previous credit card processing option that was being utilized.

This is extremely easy to use as all it requires is an internet shortcut on the desktop.

Overall I like Fiserv's system that we are using. I think it has a lot of great  features and the navigation and easy of use are great.

Easy point of sale, works in conjunction with bank of america account and funds daily. Fees are similar to other credit card processors.

We use this for our smaller customers to pay PO's with. Very simple website, basic and easy to use.

I like Payeezy because it allows you to be paid easily. Rarely are there issues with cards being declined.

It is consistent in the way it works and the information is presented across modules. They do provide pretty good customer service.

It's also a hassle when a password is forgotten as only an administrator can reset a user's password.
