For the price I paid I think it is well worth the investment. It is incredibly easy to link to Google Sheets to send customized emails.

From personalizing to importing lists to reviewing data, it has everything I'm looking for and it's super easy to find. I have and will continue to recommend.

I had to send 100 mails in a day, i tryed in other ways but they spam it. Gmass worked on my disire.

Gmass is great at helping us get a lot of information out quickly.

I really like how well it merges with Google Workspace Email and how it allows me to quickly send emails to a group and track the progress of the campaign.

Pretty user friendly at the start. I like ease of finding the data that is tracked.

One thing I find frustrating is that when it fails to deliver to a specific email, I receive a dozen email alerts telling my this information (for each failed email).

I love how customizable it is, how powerful it is as getting emails to customers' inboxes, and each year it gets better and better.

Definitely have to get your hands a bit dirty and do some technical customisation. E.g. setting up custom domain tracking url.

After trying and having no success with a few free options for mail merge on Gmail I found GMass and was pleased with its simplicity and integration with Google Docs.

The process of setting up campaigns was so painful and long that I darn near had a nervous breakdown before I finally figured it out.

The team is adding new integration in lightning speed and make this app better and better from day to day.

It's easy to use, give great resolts and provide it fast, in one pic you can give more information then in text, I found it great for dinamic reports.

The concept of showing the user details to show personalized graphic is amazing. And the price is just right.

Need more fields (custom 1-5 it's not enough). Long text not working well.

I like how easy it is to personalise the image for your customers. It also integrates well with existing apps I use in my workflow.

I am a guy that needs the visuals in a step-by-step format. Don't skip 3 steps ahead and assume I know what I am supposed to do alas this is what happens with the instructions.

Direct marketing is very effective and being able to send a batch of emails with personalized pictures can be very effective. This tool helps you achieve it.

If you turn on the personalization for all web visitors including those who have not clicked through - the personalization is not that accurate and becomes risky.

They do a lot of updates, surprised at how many possibilities they offer for customization and integration. They have good video tutorials on how to use.

I was able to get started as a complete noob within 10 minutes. The customer support is extremely helpful, possibly one of the best I've ever experienced in the tech space.

I had my first image done and dusted within 10 mins and no need to watch training. Suffice to say, you couldn't get me to cancel my membership under any circumstances.
