Ability to add photos, forms were easy to build and very attractive, love the themes, free version had lots of features.

I love that TypeForm can integrate with other software in the market. It makes it easy to book calls and qualify clients when I can connect typeform to software like ClickFunnels.

The customer service is also friendly and tries to improve on their products based on the client's recommendation.

Unfortunately the editor is sometimes very slow if you have several logical steps and questions. Furthermore the own integration to Airtable is very bad, we prefer to use paper in between.

The customer service team then re-assigns this Typeform to the other employee using our workflow tool. Typeform is like having a an offline conversation through an online form with fields.

Unable to remove their branding unless you pay twice as much. So essentially you have to pay €40 more every month just to remove their branding.
