Pros/Cons
Pros
- It helps us keep track of our skills database and where those skills can be used best. The analytics are very simple yet powerful, helps us identify the right data on the right time.
- Easy to set up, Great analytics, lovely design, easy to use, easy for time tracker to add their hours with just 1-2 clicks, good documentation.
- Overall we love using 10kft and we have been able to improve our business process thanks to its features.
Cons
- It was just a bad experience. We switched to Harvest + Forecast.
- This software has the worst customer support I've dealt with in a long time. They found a bug with my companies projects and it still hasn't been fixed over a week later.
- This is the single worst UX application I've ever been swindled into paying for. The time tracking uses decimals instead of time 1.5 is 1 hour & 30 minutes.
Pros
- User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.
- That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.
- The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.
Cons
- I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.
- The lack of stability and the appalling support.
- It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.
