Enter your timesheets and expenses against a job and job task (E.g. Job '1001' for Job Task 'Drawings'). At say the month-end, generate a draft sales invoice for that job. All new timesheets are tagged to the new draft invoice. Overwrite the calculated fee (based on hours x fee rates) with a fixed fee as required, allocate the next invoice number to seal the invoice, and send the invoice.
