It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

ZipBooks is the most affordable, feature rich accounting software I've ever used. It allows me to accomplish everything I need, from sending expenses, to tracking time and expenses, to invoicing.

I have been using Zipbooks since last year and I have enjoyed the ease of use. They clean interface is very appealing.

Response times in my experience have been days and I am a paid member. Along with the responses are silly gifs some people may dig, but when you have a problem, it's downright insulting.

I also appreciated the customer support team. Even though I was just on a free trial I did get prompt assistance whenever I asked for it.

Custom categories are really nice, too. Love ability to add docs to transactions and link transactions to certain clients.

It may be that I'm misremembering and it's just not possible to export without paying, which would also be a problem.

Wonderful Bookkeepers such as Karin to help me along. Categorization help, ability to have a business report readily available any day.

I can say that their API is good and understandably well readable, easy to integrate.

My overall experiences was positive it greatly helped me track me expenses and help me start me online shop without any problems.

I'm using the free version, it's good enough for me to track my profit or loss.

No balance statement, COG's are lumped together on the Income Statement, no division of income sources and no field on the Income Statement is clickable for a detailed report.

Doesn't matter what I liked because the bugs in this system outweigh the good now I am loosing money.

I was in team that made integration for ZipBooks api, for another small company. Easy to set up, secure and trustworthy.

It's all organized in a way that makes sense and the charts/reports are beautiful.

I do like the user interface of Zipbooks. Some parts of it are certainly easier and more intuitive than QuickBooks, which we ended up going with in the end.

Incorrect account balances and poor sorting of time tracking 'jobs. Some of these bugs have been ongoing since I signed up, and a few have been fixed.

Integration to a mileage tracker like TripLog and a time tracker like Gleeo Time Tracking would be the icing on the cake.
