It can be confusing to some extent - one of our contractors, in this instance, had 2 profiles and was entering hours and expenses under the company name first instead of under his name.

The system is easy to configure, easy to use and the support has been amazing. We're very happy with the system.

This is a great mobile timesheet app. It tracks every hour spent on a project and helps to track everything that each person is doing.

Overall the experience with BigTime has been great. It will help us better manage our business.

It is good to see that bigtime integrates so directly with the quickbooks platform, since this way it works better with invoices and workflow management tools.

Ability to easily add staff, create projects and budgets. Report generation and ability to export reports to excel for pivot table analysis.

I like how clean it is - our bugdets and hours are all tracked neatly now. Before it was all done manually, with the help of a spreadsheet.

I have tried many solutions in the past and I found BT was the best fit for our organization.

There are a couple of features that are missing pertaining specifically to my company.

Its a software that is easy to navigate and the cost sweeps me off my feet.I recommend it for anyone.

We did it backwards which cost us about three weeks of loss time.

For example, there's no home button, you click on the logo to jump to home and see all your major objectives.

Support is very responsive, helpful, and listens to your feedback which shows how serious they are about the product.

Good way of visualization of your own great goals and the road to get to the top. It’s very clear how to establish your new purpose and manage on what exact point you are.

No option for grouping of objectives. There should be groups and projects inside groups and objective should live within the projects.

I was so impressed with it that I decided to use it with all three of my businesses to help get everyone on the same page.

I am using it daily and get to stay on top of all tasks, objectives, growth metrics, budgets, in a very simple, clear, and no-nonsense manner.

Customer service is responsive. And eager to hear about ways to improve the system for new incoming versions.

It's also in discussion to deliver smart scheduling features like Digispoke. The integration of all these tools into one is safier as you don't have the hasle of the data synchonization for example.

There is no video tutorial on how to use the app for now.

That's why I was looking for an intuitive tool where the focus is much more on productivity. I appreciate the timeline view because it helps me to have an overview of what is coming up.

Integration is limited to the zappier as of now. Sub-key results can be added for any key result, but no sub-tasks can be added of any task.

As a visual planner I often use Mind Maps and now those mind maps can be integrated neatly into my PM platform for all the team to collaborate on.

I really liked it for designing projects because it gives you a brainstorming option that at the same time that you are doing it you are ordering your project flow.

Despite this I faced with a really pleasant support and there are  inside helpful videos how to get the app started and to use it in the most effective way.

The clean interface and the low learning curve. Fully customized it in just a few hours.

My experience so far has been good and the support team is very responsive. They have a software roadmap  available in their website.

It is helping us to deliver as fast as possible, at the lowest cost with the more motivated and concentrated team. It offers everything we need to plan and execute our business strategy goals.

Maybe I am wrong, but it's not clear why we can't set budgets manually when the KPIs are not financial based, which is a little fustrating.

I have had a very pleasant experience with the product so far. My team love it and I especially love the goal visualisation aspect of Goals KeepSolid.
