I've started using Bright Pod since early September and it's been pretty cool. I like how the graphics and structure make it easy to identify things that have to be done this week and next week.

They have very helpful forums and walk you through every step. It is a nice way to track how multiple team members of my department are up do with out micromanaging.

Great for marketing teams, but lacks some integrations.

It's easy to use, provides good analytics and the customer service and openness to suggested improvements is fantastic.

This system is super easy to use, at this point I can add tasks with my eyes closed. I love the support we receive, always an answer almost instantly to any questions we have.

Of interest to consultants and freelancers, a great feature is the ability to track budgeted time, assign clients and attached team lead(s) to each pod.

As the owner of a small, but growing agency, Brightpod's price point and offerings are a great fit for my small business.

Everyone on the team picked up the software quickly and enjoyed the clean layout. It has made  organizing and collaborating much easier.

The scrolling on the pods can be a little annoying if it's a particularly full pod.

The best part is that it integrates with Google Drive and Dropbox making it quick and easy to transfer documents online.

But we also have the ability to drill down by client or project as necessary. Overall, a great platform.

The main problem I had with Brightpod was its UI.

Inability to move task lists into another pod so that all data, files, and comments go with it.

You have a full overview of everything that is going on and good tracking functionalities, great when you're dealing with different time zones and different clients.

I love that there is a collaboration tool like Brightpod that is so focused on marketing project details.

We initially started with small projects and have quickly branched out into cross-functional and staff projects and it is very easy to use and we love the Google and Outlook integration.

The main thing I don't like the fact that this software has no accompanying app.

If you hate project management systems, this is the one for you.

Easy to use, centralizes all of our projects, shows how much time is spent on each project, easy to track progress of projects.

This delay can be frustrating if you are using OneNote to store information that your team needs to access quickly, for example, while they are on the phone with a customer.

Easy to install, multifunction and well connected to other Microsoft software, good customer support.

I like the ease of organizing different notes across different projects or dates.

Overall, OneNote is super intuitive and hyper integrated with other Microsoft software.

I love that when I take notes they immediately get synced to my cloud account and this is great for backup.

The software is very intuitive and easy to organize and customize. It is also great that it syncs with my other devices so I have my notes when and where I need them.

However, once more layers are added, it can become difficult to navigate and find what you were once looking for.

It is possible to add different notebooks for its own individual purpose, and it gives you the freedom to organize very easily.

There is really few cons to using OneNote. Sometimes the interface can be a little difficult to format on the page.

Cost wise it is also better than its competition.

What's bad is that there is no option for displaying where the pages end. I saw a comment from a developer about this saying that it would be too difficult.

Therefore, I use it on my personal life as well, to organize my grocery shopping, some budgets, stocks price, passwords and users from portals, sites. It is a secure tool provided by Microsoft.

The free version of OneNote already integrates with a lot of mobile and desktop services, which is great.

This note-taking app is great if you like taking notes on the computer. It can keep you very organized and it is easy to find any notes taken with the search feature.

The best part of the software is its ease of use, and shareability. A document can quickly be created and shared among the team.

Although I  sometimes miss a more up to date user interface.

It's nice to have a note application that is shared across multiple systems, like phone, tablet, home and work pc. Also nice to be able to share notes with anyone.

You can use it like a notebook. It is easy to fill in text anywhere on a page, perfect for jotting down any notes you may need for the future.

It's so easy to use, so convenient and very reliable. I can take notes anytime and anywhere I am.

Microsoft OneNote is a very user friendly and easy to use platform with a variety of functionalities that make the process of taking notes much easier and allow you to collaborate with others as well.

It was super easy to use andyo didnt need to save.

I have used it since college and have used it on and of ever since due to the many abilities to make notes that are easy to navigate in.

It has many features, like files storage, and the customer support is really good.

It allows you to share and edit notes with anyone. They can make real time edits on your note and it's extremely effective at building team communication and collaboration.

Very good, it's a nice addition to the office suite and you can use it for work and daily life.
