What I liked most about Monday is that it is super user friendly. Synchs to user emails to ensure messages/updates are received.

Ability to expand/collapse view allows for ease navigation between sections. Also, being able to link documents or websites allows for easy reference.

There is a layer of 'added steps' that can be frustrating. You can not directly edit or change without going down an additional layer, e.g. Edit Notes.

The color rating for progress makes for really easy and positive conversations each month with my manager as well as with the person I manage.

Also, the intial e-mail to invite the board members or staff seemed to confuse them, or they just ignored it.

My overall experience using Mission Met is great. Everyone on our team can see where and how they are contributing to our work and are motivated to do their part.
