Pros/Cons
Pros
- Nice and friendly people with a pretty good product. And for ease of use with Trello, it's for me the best solution out there.
- Overall a great and very affordable software with just the right amount of very robust and well thought out features. The perfect tool for freelancers and companies.
- Everhour is effective, easy to use and very helpful tool. They have great customer support, that resolve problems literally in real time.
Cons
- When service is down or not working. Browser extension is not updatedable every time (even if showing that update is possible, can be browser problem alsi ...).
- Lost Safari Plugin due to update to Safari 13. No API to write own integrations with Zapier and co.
- I can also no longer view my scheduled work. I used to send a copy of this to my clients to verify my availability for them, and I can no longer do this.
Pros
- I like that they can accept the contract online and make their deposit payment right away before the project is even started. Customer service is the best I have seen, very responsive.
- Also being able to access files from any computer & having the ability to share files & information with clients & contractors is awesome.
- The support and the MyDoma community has been fabulous. They really care about the the people using it.
Cons
- Honestly was very disappointed in the update. We lost a bunch of work, we spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to use it.
- The back-end accounting functionality is terrible. Because of how the invoices are backdated when they're exported to Quickbooks, it makes it TONS of work for my accountant to reconcile.
- However, the software lacks too much for our business and I unfortunately regret signing up for an entire year subscription. I would suggest trying the one month trial.
