I think the only issue i had was integration to slack. Manifestly on slack does not work well at all and is buggy in my experience.

The price, ease of setup, ease of explaining to our team, and it helps us to keep everyone accountable and knowing where we sit on projects.

We have been running many internal training programs with manifestly. It gives beautiful progress and clean template compared to tracking in a document or sheet.

I like it has a way of maintaining all tasks no matter how small in a simple checklist. I love the logical conditioning and I love the email alerting.

Also I don't like the fact that there is no search functionality where you type in part of the name and scroll to the result.

It forces us to make sure we're keeping our eyes on the ball -- by monitoring nightly backups, confirming key systems are up, and assuring the Help Desk is ready to start the day.

These checklist are great for tasks repeatable across projects. It also integrates seamlessly into Slack.

I also think there should be undo buttons need to each checkbox. There were times when I checked something off by accident and have had to turn on show completed to uncheck.

It has all the features we need (and more) for a fair price. The integration with Slack is superb, you can check and update your checklists directly from Slack.

We were able to quickly enable a checklist system for our deployments. We noticed a difference in quality and success rate of deployments after all teams were required to sign off on release versions.

Partnership with Manifestly is Worth Every Penny.

A pain point is creating multiple checklists using the same workflow.

I like checklist templates, the ability of assigning tasks to people, and the ability to quickly skip steps. It makes the whole checklist very clear and straightforward.

I liked the ability to customize lists and assign them out. It also helped remind my team of tasks and encouraged more checks to our processes that helped catch issues.

Love the ability to change the features/functions on it while are processes continue to change and grow.

Conditional logic, data collection options, links are great features. The availability of the API for certain features are also plus.

I love the flow this product creates for a company. We are a consulting company setting up and implementing workflow checklists for a landscaping company.

I absolutely love it and suits our workflow very well. It is a great compliment to our documentation procedures.

It is really easy to use and allows definition of workflows and creation of checklist each time it gets run. The workflow creation supports steps with texts and images, making it super easy to use.

Overall we are pleased with the product. The customer service chat option is very helpful and responsive.

That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.

The interface is very rich and intuitive, offers a clear and precise overview of the different results obtained. A free trial version is also available to enhance the user experience.

Ravetree feels like the perfect blend of being universal enough for the masses and customized for the individual peculiarities of a mid-market full-service advertising agency of 35 people (i.e. us).

At the time of this review, there was no public API, which for us is a deal-breaker.

Responsiveness of support team & customization. I love logging time to my timesheet directly from the kanban board.

In addition, Customer rep has consistently delivered the human element of a technology/subscription delivery and made it feel like we were a priority at each at every turn.

What Ravetree has going for it is management of the project along with progress against budget.

The lack of stability and the appalling support.

Ease of use and ability to ramp other team members easily.

User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.

It also has a pretty intuitive user experience. The kanban board is a useful feature and I like being able to see how many billable and non-billable hours I'm logging each day.

My overall experience with Ravetree is that What I could say is that the software is highly recommended, it has so many useful features for businesses.

Sometimes, getting alerts can be difficult. If you miss an email, you may miss an update or a tag in Ravetree.

It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.

The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.

I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.

The ability to upload file versions within the same upload and select which version you'd like to view. This keeps project files/uploads organized and helps us to easier find and look at versions.
