Pros/Cons
Pros
- Awesome features on the free version, with a very nice looking interface and allowing for collaboration with others.
- Simplicity is the greatest advantage of it to be honest, because it does exactly what you would expect it to do. You can integrate your tasks with calendar in Outlook to become even better organized.
- I love being able to put my goals where I can control their progress and still be able to share with others, like planning a group trip.
Cons
- It really sucks that Microsoft killed this app. It was the first to-do app that I actually used actively.
- What a waste this was replaced by the inconsistent, poor and unreliable todo.
- It was hard to apply, at first I would not use it that much and miss many deadlines.
Pros
- I like that they can accept the contract online and make their deposit payment right away before the project is even started. Customer service is the best I have seen, very responsive.
- Also being able to access files from any computer & having the ability to share files & information with clients & contractors is awesome.
- The support and the MyDoma community has been fabulous. They really care about the the people using it.
Cons
- Honestly was very disappointed in the update. We lost a bunch of work, we spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to use it.
- The back-end accounting functionality is terrible. Because of how the invoices are backdated when they're exported to Quickbooks, it makes it TONS of work for my accountant to reconcile.
- However, the software lacks too much for our business and I unfortunately regret signing up for an entire year subscription. I would suggest trying the one month trial.
