I evaluated around ten other project management tools before selecting Paymo. Tech support is friendly and responsive.

It's easy to use the product because of a nice user interface.

What do I like best - the value. When searching for a solution Paymo offered the most for the least and has been continuously working to improve the APP.

When I tell people about Paymo, they immediately think it's a financial tool, not a project management tool, based on the name. I would hate for this to hold Paymo back in the market.

As paymo also support kanban boards I want to check them out, Tha additional time tracking is really a good and nice option.

The ease of use and ability to switch views of dashboards, tasks is great. The functionality of tracking time without using a third-party tool is also great.

I think it's great that they give you up to 1GB of storage for free and up to 50GB for their first level of pricing.

Besides being one of the most intuitive layouts it has integrated seamlessly with my work flow and is extremely effective and simple to use.

Support has been excellent in the few times I have had to contact them, &  I have enjoyed implementing the service as the hub for my project management needs.

There is a  very good thing about Paymo for nonprofits organizations - it is  a 50% discount.

Not less important is the ability to produce smart time reports I send to my clients and get paid by. Half of my tasks are in Hebrew, and Paymo works just great with RTL languages.

Overall Paymo is the best task managing platform I've used. It's clean, simple and user friendly.

It is important to note that Paymo isn't idle in enhancing its software. Not only that, but new features are thoughtful and integrated seamlessly with the tool.

I enjoy the ease of use and accuracy that this software implements.

What I would like to highlight is the ease of the interface and the options it has.

I have been using Paymo for 8+ years, software is fantastic but what makes the actual difference is the tech-support.

Awesome issue management software with good time tracking.

Meets what I need perfectly. I see that they are always updating, adding or improving the functionalities, and the support is always good, with quick responses.

I guess my biggest dislike is the new timesheets view, the hitboxes on the time entries seem to be slightly out of sync with the visual modules.

It is really easy to use, very easy to keep an eye on the team, and extremely useful in keeping track of all the work that the team does.

I like the most with this product is that it is really helpful when estimating the job cost of our project.

WorkflowMax was a good tool for the needs of the company. It is however lacking in terms of visualision of reports and data.

It's great for timing tasks and has a great customer support as well.

The ability to calculate and manage task time automatically without having people try to manually work out their hours is very helpful.

It really takes time to master the software. What I find also confusing is that you can add returns for individuals under the company account where they are owners or shareholders.

We have used workflowmax for years with the integration to Xero accounting software. The software has been reliable and the added mobile upgrades have increased our insight from out of the office.

Editing jobs and tasks is sometimes a bit more difficult than it needs to be.

It was difficult to configure and setup from an invoicing perspective.

Significant job and task templating abilities allow multiple activity streams to be systematised within one application. Powerful reporting engine with the ability to extend with custom reports.

I love how easy it is to start timing a job/task for billable time tracking. The website is fast to load and use with a great UI.

The custom reporting can be a bit hard to navigate around, especially for any newcomers to the system.

WorkflowMax is the best at tracking time and project costs.

Great value for money - does 95% of what other more sophisticated systems do at a fraction of the price. Easy set up and implementation.

We use WFM for project management and timesheet management. It's easy to use and for managing small projects, it is a great product.

It allows you to create great custom reports and is very handy for tracking your time. It integrates with Xero.

I like how easy and convenient it is for this program to track billable time. The program is user friendly and efficient.

WFM cannot handle multi-line itemised quotes, is slow to use and has very limited functionality.

Typically, paperwork goes missing, emails go missing.

Workflow max helps to solve the issue of effective invoicing of time worked on each client.

It can get costly to get all your project contractors accessing project documents.

All in all an extremely good, cost effective solution that integrates well with Xero and all of our clients are always happy with the solution.

Reporting is clunky an non-intuitive. Extra features in the premium version are seriously overpriced.

Overall we really like it. It is perfect for a small business with limited needs.

Any quotation with more than a dozen lines become hard to follow.

Easy to use, haven't had any big issues and good way to keep track.

Integration with Xero is really the biggest benefit... also their estimate-to-invoice system is pretty good.

Custom reports are great. It kept us on track with schedules.

The support is terrible, reports are clunky at times and you need to pay extra to unlock half decent reports.

Their helpdesk is awesome, and always friendly. The layout of the invoices is really clean and tidy.

Not too much else that is a problem - especially for the price.

WorkflowMax provides us the opportunity to run our own reports with a very powerful custom report builder in a very easy and intuitive way.
